Never saw the books you are looking for on the net.
However, you may download the King's Indian Defence by Kalinin in Chess Assistant format. Very convenient btw.
You may even choose French during setup if I am not mistaken.

A. Kalinin made three books about openings in the same collection:
- Siclian defense
- French defense
- King's Indian defense.
I can't find the third
